Return and Refund Policy

We at BiteDukan are unable to cancel or provide refunds for orders once they have been shipped to customers.

If an order has been shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, cancellation may be possible with a 20% restocking fee. If the customer requests redelivery, an additional $10 USD shipping fee will apply.

All sales are final, and we're not able to issue refunds for food, snacks, candy, or edible products once an order has shipped. However, customers may request changes to their order (such as adding or removing items) before the order has been processed for shipment. 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We make every effort to accurately display the colors, packaging, and images of our products as shown in our store. However, packaging may occasionally vary depending on supplier updates.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of BiteDukan. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

BiteDukan is not responsible for parcels delayed, damaged, or lost by shipping carriers once the order has been handed over for delivery.

BiteDukan will not be held liable for any damage to products caused by weather conditions or during the shipping process.

Please note that certain products, such as chocolates, candies, or heat-sensitive snacks, may experience slight melting, texture changes, or packaging changes during transit in warm weather. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by temperature or shipping conditions after dispatch.
