Shipping policy
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days after they are received. For orders within the United States and Canada, delivery typically takes 1-8 business days after shipping depending on the shipping option picked.
Once an order has been shipped to the address provided at checkout and the tracking information confirms shipment, responsibility for successful delivery lies with the shipping carrier. BiteDukan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier. In such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly (such as UPS or Canada Post) for assistance.
Delivery Tip
If you are not available at home during delivery hours, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to request that your package be held at a local pickup location. This helps reduce the risk of loss or theft and allows you to collect your package at your convenience.
BiteDukan is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or credits for any order confirmed as delivered.
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
All prices, taxes, and shipping fees are listed and charged in US Dollar (USD).
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not covered by BiteDukan and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
